Portable CD Changer?

I have a CD changer in my home that holds 400 CD's.  Of course, we don't have nearly that many but it was cheap because it was a floor model!

Anyway, are there any portable CD changers that hold more than 3 CDs?

I wouldn't think that portable changers would hold more than 3 CDs.

We have an older Panasonic CD that is part of the sound and TV system that holds 5, which is good for some occasions.

I did not realise that protable cd players had more than one chamber to hold cds.  I must really look around because that sounds like a great idea.

I don't own 400 CD's! LOL
I have enough trouble working out how to use the basic technical stuff like CD players, DVD players
 and my PC- let alone some thing that high tech!!!

i have seen one advertisement somewhere about 400cd changer brand name was sony.

Is this for a car or you mean a personal cd player? Once they move beyond holding 3 cds I think the word portable is used loosely.

If a portable could hold a lot of cds would it still be portable? I really haven't seen them hold more than 1 cd at a time. Like a portable dvd. Would a cd case work?

As long as I am able to move my fingers I just prefer to change my CDs on my own! I'm sure these changers come in handy for alot of people, but they hold about as much importance to me as those dandy little VHS rewinders did. It would just be something to take up more space in my house.

I think that kind of player would be great, especially if you could fit all of your CDs into it. I guess you'd need a list to keep track of which slot the specific CDs were in.

I think we probably have more than 400 CDs though.

I don't know. In my case, we chose to use cd bags instead of those.

I don't think the portable cd changers can hold more than 3 cd's. I find lot of problem in 3 cd chager itself. Its better to have cd player with no cd changer.
