energy food

energy food for child milk,biscuits and all liquid items....
it easy feed to children... i have think this type of food is energy..
how do think ???

I think all kinds of food gives everyone energy, food is or fuel and without it we would not have any energy, I'm not sure if you are asking a question here ?

Nuts and Dried fruits are good energetic foods. Then milk, juice items, fruits and vegetables are rich in nutrients and vitamins.

i agree with you that all food can give energy..so as long kids/not kids can eat healthy food, so energy will stay.. :)

Does carbohydrates similar to an energy giving foods? Sometimes, I'm really confuse between them. Anybody knows? ::)

Proteins and carbohydrates are very important for children and so all the healthy foods are important such as green vegetables, fruits, juices, milk,etc..

The best choices for your child energy are skim or low-fat milk, low-fat cottage cheese and yogurt.
