Using solar energy
« on: March, 27, 2009, 06:24:23 AM »
Use solar energy to heat up your water to a certain temperature. This will reduce the time the geysers require to be switched on. Making such panels to preheat your water are quite simple.

I have heard that there is an inexpensive way to make your own solar panels, I'm sure my husband would be able to do it, but right now we have too much going on, no time for that at all...

I think there is an easy way to do that. We have to store water in a container exposed to sunlight after a few hours the water would be a boiled one. Remember that when I saw this system the whole system was automated and the costs too not much expensive.

I think using solar energy is a good suggestion. It saves energy at the same time money also. But I'm not familiar on how to make those panels or if there's anything available in the market already.

Aside from using solar energy, there is also wind energy. I seen them cost less than a car but can operate to make you emancipated from the traditional power grid. It may become an ounce of hope to others that want alternative energy sources.

On our old swimming pool we had a solar panel that would heat the water in the pool.  It was great!

Only the installation charges would be higher for solar and it will be cheaper when compared to conventional.

Solar panels is really not that feasible even today. Its not readily available for the common man... I mean there is not that many people that has their hands on them.

Solar energy to heat up water will reduce the current charge too. Solar water heaters are gaining popularity today. Initial installation will incur cost, but considerably you can save electric current.

Most of the people are conscious in saving electricity. Instead of using electric water heater we can go for solar water heater. This helps to save electricity at the same time we can utilize nature too.
