This summer is one of the hottest yet!!! We are considering the idea of installing widow film on our house to help save energy. Does anyone have experience with this type of product? And is it worth the investment?

I don't experiecnce with it. But i know about that product.
It reduces excessive heat produced through windows, reduce harmful ultra violet rays from sun and main thing most energy saving.

That's actually a good way to handle the summer heat in your home. Although you can just try to put other kinds of shades besides that, its really costly you know.

In my office i have installed window films but not in my home. It is very useful to reduce heat during summer. I thought of installing in my home by the next summer.
