Which do you prefer? a closed fencing or see-through from the outside?

I prefer closed fencing for safety reasons, likewise I don't want strangers looking at us.

I find the privacy fencing the best also especially if you have small children.  Would also feel more privacy when you are in your own yard.

I want a semi-enclosed fencing... closed fencing for the safety of the kids, yet I still want our house that can be seen from the outside to show to our neighbors that we are open to their friendship and needs.

I love a completely close fence line. In fact, if I could build a wall, I would!

I would go with the closed one, I value my privacy most and doesn't really like the concept of see through homes and gates and they are not much appreciated by people who value their privacy most.

I'd prefer closed as well.  I hate the idea of the front of my home being published online on Google's street view feature.

I prefer closed although here when it's hot, an open fence lets the breeze through.
We also get sand flies in the low lying areas which they say open fencing helps them to escape.
Anything that means they don't bite is good! My home is quite high so they don't bother us!

i prefer the close one, cause i agree that it is more safe from outsiders looking at u from outside..

i prefer closed ones. see through looks fantastic but there is no privacy. these are all good to watch them in movies

I don't mind either one. Where we live, there are not so many cars or people passing by, so it wouldn't make a lot of sense to make a closed one, I suppose.

A privacy fence is alright for the back yard, but not for the front. I like to be able to show off all that I have done to make my front yard what it is.

I prefer the closed fencing for safety reasons and for privacy also. I hate it when strangers peep through the fence. At least when you have a closed fence, you can do whatever you want to do without fear of other people staring at you.

I use closed on the backyard for privacy and open in the front yard. I think being closed in on the front takes away from the landscape curb appeal.

Well if indeed your front yard is worth the view, why not? That way, you would allow people to admire what you have. Youll give them ideas too!

I prefer to stay with See-through fence, it gives fantastic look and feel. I like it very much.
