How should be the gate of house?

 what should be the height of the gate? should it cover the entire house or it should be small and good looking?

Check the codes in your city.  I had a friend who put up an eight foot tall fence and then was told it had to be taken down because in her city the code was 4 foot fencing.

yes indeed. the size depends on that allowed in your area. where we are, the city orplace doesnt care for so long as its not a public nuisance...so check first and decide later on...

Keep it below the wall height of your house. So that it will give more vision over the street.

Is there any codes for fixing gates and all? It is not like that in my area.

My wish is medium sized one. It give good look to every house.
