How often do you rearrange your furniture for a new look?

The least expensive way to redecorate is to rearrange what you have. How often do you get the move things around bug? It can be lots of fun, so long as
your family does't think they are in the wrong house!
Me..I used to rearrange things every week or more. These days I am not so
into moving the furniture around as I always end up putting it back how it was eventually!  :o ;D :-\

I do the rearranging and the decorations whenever there is an occasion, like birthday or get-together with friends. I also try to do it when seasons change, like during spring time, I bring my flower vases and put fresh flowers. Dinnerware with flower designs are also put back in the dining table.  :)

I love watching the show called "Freestyle" in Lifestyle network. It is a no-cost design show where professional interior designers re-arrange, de-clutter, reorganize and move furniture and accessories around in a room, to give homeowners a dramatic new look without spending a dime... It gives me a lot of ideas. :)

actually i do changing every 2 months, i think it is somewhat refreshing to me and seeing new site to see. Routines are boring for me, so whenever i have the time or i really make a date to it, i rearrange my stuff.

I move things around in the living room and TV room a few times a year, usually with my twice yearly heavy cleaning.  I lover rearranging the furniture.  It makes the room feel completely new.

I only do this at Christmas time in order to put my Christmas tree where I like it.

I do agree it certainly makes the room look different.  Growing up, my mom use to change the livingroom furniture about once a month.

I hope to rearrange our bedroom before the end of the year.  Other than that, I won't rearrange until I have new furniture, so I haven't tried it for about5 years!

I know.  Not too feminine of me, right?

I don't move furniture around that often, I don't like unnecessary changes. We gave it some good thought beforehand, where we want everything, so things are rather well arranged.

Unfortunately the only time rearrange my furniture is for the holidays, making room for the xmas tree. Our tree is usually so huge it needs its own room, so I remove a couch to accommodate its size. It works out great and family really loves the wide open space once the couch is removed.

I'm really not into moving  or rearranging furnitures. I haven't rearranged our furnitures ever since our house got renovated around 2 years ago. I don't feel the need to do it so far.

That's how I feel, too. I don't see the need to move things, everything is nicely arranged and on its place. I don't think I'd like it if someone in the family had the "rearranging itch" all the time!  ;D

We rearrange our stuff twice a year. Depending on the mood and new stuff to put there. Usually with just buying new stuff that our furniture are jumbled and being adjusted for the new look. I am really fond of doing it because i like how it ends up.

The only time I do rearranging is at Christmas time. I have to move things around to make room for our big tree. I would love to have the freedom to reaarange more often, but my living room is a bit small and only certain furniture fits in certain areas. Also, we can never move our TV without the hassle of trying to stretch the satellite wiring around without it being in the middle of the floor.

I don't usually have to time to rearrange more than once a year or so, but I've found that adding new accessories every once in a while adds just enough 'freshness' to a room you're bored with. A few weeks ago I purchased an area rug for my living room, and you wouldn't believe what a difference it made to the look of the space! One good source I found online for area rugs was http://www.georgiamills.com/
