Copper and plants
« on: May, 23, 2009, 03:15:34 PM »
I want to use some decorative copper in the garden but worry about its affects on plants.

Is it safe to use copper with plants, or is another metal a better choice?

Copper is a great choice for putting in around plants.  In fact some people put copper wire in their soil to gather energy produced by thunderstorms and rejuvinate the soil!

Copper if you are using for the decorative purpose only does not affect plants. If copper is placed inside the soil near to the roots of the plant means it will affect the growth of the plants.
