What flowers do you plant that bloom throughout summer? The only one I know is impatients, and I love them. I would like to have more variety though.

chrysanthemums is one kind Iknow to last the whole season. In fact, its an all-year round type of flower. Its available too in so many varieties, colors and sizes. Why not try one?

Hosta's are pretty much a Spring/Summer flowering plant too. I have about 10 of them and I hate every one of them. They get really big and overtake other flowers. They do stay for a long time though.

Yes, we have some! We bought yellow and dark red chrysanthemums last summer and planted them in the front yard. They are coming back now, but of course not blooming yet. I thought they tend to bloom late?
