Fruit Garden?

Does anyone have a full grown fruit garden that you actually harvest fruit from? How long did it take to develop it? What kinds of trees do you have?

I have an assortment of fruits that I get at various times of the year. My trees/bushes include Blueberries, blackberries, Key Limes, Lemons, Sour Oranges, Kumquats, and pomegranates, and figs. It has taken awhile to acquire all these. With exception to the blueberries, I have just one or two trees of each.

I once rented a place that had apple, pear, and peach trees out back. It was great!  All we had to do was spray them once a year and we got plenty of fresh fruit. I live in NY, so I was impressed.

The house we bought didn't have any fruit trees. We do have grape bushes. They are pretty good.  We also have blackberry bushes. Actually they are all over the place in the country.

Growing up we had big cherry trees. I'm not a fan of cherries but my family was.

Ah, you make me want I had a fruit garden RIGHT NOW! :) My two apple trees are still too small to start bearing fruit, I'm afraid... It will take a while before I have my dream garden.

having a fruit garden could just be possible in the cold regions of the globe. In the tropics, one can have fruit yards but the trees coud be really large, its not possible more than one tree to a kind.  :(

In my garden i have banana trees and two guava trees and 1 gooseberry tree. Some other fruits trees are so big trees that need more space. I don't have more space in my garden.
