I am looking for a recipe for Pickled summer squash. Does anyone have a recipe that they can share? My past father in law used to make these and they were so good. I can't find his recipe anywhere.
Any help would be appreciated.
I'm thinking it would be a lot like pickles (cucumbers) but I'm not 100% sure.
