My husband makes a good cheesecake. It is more like a cream cheese pie, but yummy.1 Teaspoon Vanilla1/4 cup lemon1 can sweetened condensed milk8 oz cream cheesebeat all togethe and put in allready made gram cracker crust. Refrigerate for 1 hour before eating.
I have a version of a cheesecake in the fridge right now that my wife and I like. I melt a container of light spreadable cream cheese, sweeten it with some honey and add a drained, thawed package of frozen strawberries. I mix that up and pour it into a pre-made pie crust. (sort of a graham crumb kind, I think) Then I bake that for about 15 minutes or so at about 275. It seems to set better after a day or two in the fridge.As you can probably tell, I don't have it down to an exact art with measurements. Also, I remove the condensation from the plastic cover of the container after it's been in the cold for a while.
