My daughter made this for our 4th of July party and it was the ONLY dessert to be finished 100%. I actually saw people swiping the pan with their fingers when it was gone.
It is ice cream sandwiches (24), a bottle of hershey's chocolate syrup, 3/4 cup peanut butter, cool whip, peanuts, and caramel. You mix the syrup and peanut butter together. Layer 12 sandwiches in a cake pan. Pour half the mixture of syrup and pb on the sandwiches, then add cool whip and nuts. Second layer is the same and drizzle caramel over the top. Freeze for about 4 hours.
