Sounds delicious! :) Sounds like a lot, too! How many people will it feed?

I don't think I have heard of mixing two kinds of beans for chili before... I like all kinds, so it would be good to try.

It does sound good. I'm a little surprised to see it calls for Ranch dressing mix.

You could probably freeze some of that in the right container, couldn't you?

Yes, you could freeze it too.

I love chili, but I do cheat and use a packet sauce mix for convenience.

That is a recipe I've never seen before. I would never have thought of putting ranch dressing in my chili. Can you really taste the ranch when it's all done? I'm wondering if it cools it off a touch. It does sound spicy!
We make a big crock pot of chili and it serves as dinner and then several lunches.

MMMM...yummy!  Thanks for the recipe.  Have you tried it using ground turkey?  Adding dressing mix is quite interesting.  Although I love chili, I can sometimes be a wus and just buy it in the can--especially with the weather getting warmer.  I may try this though before it gets to warm out.

I have never seen that before; the addition of ranch dressing to chili. That actually sounds like something that I might have to try. coincidentally, I just made chili last week.

I love making chili. I make so many different variations as well. Sometimes I use ground turkey, other times I use sausage and beef or just beef alone.  Different types of beans too. It makes chili night very interesting and not the same ol' pot of chili.

I bet that my family would love this recipe. I put ranch dressing in lots of things~ meatloaf, sloppy joes ~ and it gives the dish a little zing.  We love it.  I am going to have to try this chili recipe.

My husband makes a quick and easy chili by combining a can of chilli with beans and a can of chili without beans. He then adds crackers to it. I like how it tastes, and I certainly like the ease! :)
