Take apple, papaya, watermelon,mango, custard apple, lemon juice,pepper, salt etc. Mix all gently and serve in a dish plate. You can seasonable fruits that are available.
Title: Re: simple cooking items Post by: antkmom on July, 27, 2009, 09:20:36 AM Instead of drinking fruit juice which could be filled with sugars, why not just eat the fresh fruit instead. Otherwise buy a juicer and make your own juice. This way you will know exactly what is in your juice.
