Stuffed Peppers

Do you like stuffed peppers? What do you stuff them with? I mix hamburger with some instant rice and a can of tomato soup. Then I stuff the peppers and steam them.

I use the green bell peppers. Then I mix hamburger, long grain rice uncooked. I stuff the peppers with that and pour tomato sauce over it and bake it.

Your recipe is similar to mine lilbit, only you use regular rice instead of instant. Do you pre-cook it first?
My husband prefers red bell peppers, so I make red ones for him.
I can eat green or red, I like them both.

Very easy to prepare. I think one can of tomato sause isn't enough though, to be able to add to the mixture and baste the peppers.

Also, I only get about 3 peppers stuffed. Maybe the ones I use are larger or I fill them more. Anyway, they taste good!
