Vinegret recipe!

since the time i have tasted this dressing for a green sald, i have always experimented on that! but to my dismay, i seem not to have the proper taste or the taste which lingered in my thought as that! anyone doing the favor for me please??? thanks

Hmm, I must be thinking about something else here... In my mind, "vinegret" is a salad, made of some boiled veggies, including beets, with pickles added, and dressed with vegetable oil.

ya i think thats a salad name too....or a type i should say...but what i mean here is that type of salad dressing which somewhat tastes sour but good...how should t be spelled? i guess i faulted on its spelling... :-[

You can make a vinegarete using so many methods.

One of my favorites uses some olive oil, white wine vinegar, whole grain mustard and a splash of lemon juice.

Yes that is one of my favorite ones, I also love adding citris lemon or oranges as well. Also try dried raspberries.

Me too. I don't think mustard would be great with that. I always go for some vinegar and olive oils and those combos.

The simple mixture of a good wine vinegar, good olive oil, salt, pepper, and fresh green herbs in season is a brilliant start to a great vinegrette recipe
